Jenny Burns:

Founder and Principal

Jenny believes in the tremendous power of collaboration, creating partnerships among philanthropists, nonprofits and governments. She has worked with and within organizations focused on health, early and higher education, environmental and social justice causes, all of which are close to her heart.

For more than 15 years, she has contributed to fundraising teams large and small as a director of development, major gifts officer, grant writer and board member including leading the west coast fundraising efforts for Brown University and directing campaigns for University of California at San Francisco children’s hospitals. In addition to fundraising, Jenny worked as an advocate and lobbyist at the local, state and federal level on behalf of children and education. She holds a bachelors degree in physics from Brown University and a masters degree in public policy from the University of California at Berkeley. Based in Portland, she works with clients throughout Oregon, California and Washington.
